Cannabis Cultivation!

Hey everyone, a mate recently came for a visit a round of tennis and some beers. I have the odd plant or two that I am rather proud of. He bought me a few seeds and asked me to test my 'green fingers' germinate and grow these, and so I did.

I started off by putting them on piece of toilet paper in the sun and watered daily! After around 7 days they had germinated and started to shoot roots. This was the perfect time to plant them in a nutrient rich compost and so I did.

One thing is for certain, their name of 'weed' certainly does ring true, they really do grow like weeds. A day after planting them they had already doubled in size. These plants are based right next to an existing plant of mine with soil no where near as rich, so it will be very interesting to see how these play catch up, whilst they grow.

Cannabis has just recently become decriminalized in South Africa but upon talking to a 'copper' recently we are only allowed to grow two per person as per legislation, not sure what I will do with the 8 odd of these but it should be interesting, I hear it makes fantastic tea? :)

I shall definitely keep you in the loop with progress on these 'bad boys'!
