April Swarms Are No Joke!

Hey everyone, you would think been the month of April this was some sort of silly joke, bees no do NOT swarm in Autumn/Winter or so I thought? We had such a terrific season Spring to Summer and caught naturally as well as saved over 40 swarms. Going into Winter you can expect a slow down as bees are less active and Swarming activity non existent, or so we thought...

We currently have 36 swarms and counting, we have had a few leave in a few areas we have hives that have less food though, if not, we would have over 40. This is a fantastic sign of a Winter honey flow, holding thumbs.
