Snacks: Chocolate Cookies
I tried out a new recipe for cookies and it came out great (although I think I had a bit too much Cocoa).
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
125g butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup powdered sugar
Sieve cocoa powder and flour, combine cocoa powder and flour with sugar and baking powder. Mix in egg and butter and combine all until you can form a ball. Then make into small balls and flatten with a fork. Then bake at 375 Celsius for about 20 mins or until dry and hard.
It served well as snacks for my niece's Lunchbox and of course, for me also.
