I work at cooks corner in Sterling. I'm a teacher by trade and this is just something to get me by, but I really enjoy working here because I can stay in contact with the locals and meet all kinds of people. During the summer, it gets pretty busy with the tourists coming through town. If you've ever been to Alaska, you know that fishing is BIG...and that many people come down to the Kenai peninsula to do it. We have some beautiful salmon here and by the truckload. Hell, we have most of the worlds supply here.
