Satoshi for Your Thoughts

I find Cryptocurrency fascinating. It keeps me enthralled every day since I discovered how vast and how fast growing it is. Reading everyone's reasons for getting into it are different, some are in it for money, some want a monetary revolution. Both are ambitious, after all we are still in the early adoption phase of this new form of money.

My Origin Story

I have always known about Bitcoin, but never saw to get fully involved in it until a few months back (June 2017). I found an awesome exchange and started to do some research into the price and the direction of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies. Discovering Altcoins like Ethereum, Lisk and OmiseGo have all been amazing experiences.

Learning about the story or aim for different coin coming out, it is all so exciting, the speculation gives me a buzz of sorts. Watching them dip and waiting for them to come back, knowing it is only going to go up for most of us (hopefully). The research has been fun to do and to discuss with others discovering this hidden world away from society. As much as I want Cryptocurrencies to go mainstream, I find it my own little satisfaction shared by a select few for the time being, us.

Why this is amazing...

We form an amazing little community to get involved within the future of money and to watch together as our hard work helps us as it grows. But there are our naysayers, banks and officials who try to crush something they can't, try to regulate something unregulatable, its fantastic watching certain groups get outdone by technology. Politicians and bankers hate us for undermining society's reliance on them for something which relies on itself for stability.

It is the next step in our economic revolution. Firstly, we traded and bartered goods, then developed a gold monetary system, banks were invented and credit was developed, then paper money. Electronic came after that with fiat funds on an ATM,none of it real physical money, but all belonged to the bank which could always create more. Now, we aim to make Cryptocurrency, the truly first international money, into the spotlight for people to adopt and use for various purposes. It's amazing seeing people make the transition as we are.

Every day, I hear more and more people talking about it, it is becoming more and more apparent that it is going to become a success. All the FUD and talk of bubbles hinders some growth, but not all, with every set back we will get stronger, larger, better.

We will never subsede, we are the Crypto market and we are here to stay.
