After The Storm....Normalcy.

One of the most amazing things to see after watching so much devastation throughout the entire town, was getting to see this establishment, as normal as if nothing significant had not passed right by it.
After watching so many trees uprooted and both businesses and homes destroyed by the recent passing by of hurricane Maria, to see this business untouched was a sure rare find.
What is quite bizarre was our reaction or how impressed we were to see something normal looking, it was a strange feeling that equaled that of watching television for the first time in well over a month. All we have experienced (and some are still experiencing), should never be forgotten and many lessons learned.
May we grow from all this, to grow closer to all living things big and small, respect and love for our neighbors, unattachment to material and frivolous things, and last but not least respect and self love.
