Jalapeño Popper Cups
- 8Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â strips bacon, chopped
- 4             medium jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoons minced garlic
- 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- 1/2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â cup sour cream
- 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â package frozen phyllo dough sheets
- 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Heat oven 375°F.
