Pock Coy with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Pock coy
  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 2 glove Garlic,smash and chop
  • 1 cm Ginger,smash andd chop
  • 1 Bell Pepper,sliced 
  • 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon BlackPepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 350 ml Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch also Water 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 
  • Sesame Seed

Making steps

  1. Fried garlic and ginger until fragrant, add the bell pepper, after half wither enter the pock coy and mushrooms and mix well.
  2. Add oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt, stir well.
  3. After boiling enter cornstarch which has been mix with water, stir  and cook well.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve on a serving plate than sprinkle with sesame seeds.

when you say "350 ml Broth" - what broth do you mean? Also, after which step should I add the broth, probably after Step 1, right? Thank you!

Sorry I forgot it....yes after we insert the pock coy and mushroom ,by the way chicken broth sound perfect to me but if you have seafood or meat broth is ganna be good too...thanks for your answer....I will walk in your blog too...see you dear
