Apple Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients

  • 450 grams Rhubarb, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces of  Green Apple
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Skin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 grams Sugar Extra
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Self Rising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Making Steps

  1. Cook rhubarb with apples, sugar and water until all the ingredients are soft and slightly crushed, then pour into pan.
  2. Beat eggs with extra sugar until thick, add skin lemon, flour, cornstarch, and self-finishing powder that has been sifted, mix well and then pour over the Rhubarb dough.
  3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked and golden brownish.
  4. Remove from the Oven sprinkle with cinnamon powder and ready to serve.
