Melted Dark cooking Chocolate with 2 bowl, pour Hot Water, stir well and set aside.
Beat with medium speed Egg Yolk and 60 grams sugar till soft, pour The Flour and Chocolate Powder, mix well.
Beat Egg White till it half fluffy and add rest of Sugar , then beat Egg White till perfectly fluffy.
Add Egg White Dough and Melted Chocolate one by one into Yolk Egg dough, stir well.
Prepare 26 x 7 cm pan that already smeared and line with Baker paper, pour the dough into pan and bake about 20 minute with 170 c degree.
Filling
Heat Dairy Cream and White Cooking Chocolate, stir well till soft and shine, put in refrigerator till a little harden.
Out it from frige and pour the Rhum, then beat till soft peak.
Smear Brownie with filling and roll it, make sure You roll it tide and give a cute garnish on top it....
