Beef Puff

Ingredients

Puff Pastry

  • 25 grams Yeast
  • 25 grams Butter
  • 2 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 6 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg 

Filling

  • 1-2  Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, coarse grated
  • 100 grams of Mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 300 grams of Ground Meat
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Rosmerry

Making steps

  1. Mix the Flour, Salt, Sugar and Yeast, set aside.
  2. Heat Milk and Butter until warm, and pour into flour mixture.
  3. Knead the dough until well blended, let stand for 1 hour until fluffy.
  4. Prepare the frying pan, heat the Oil, add the Onion until cooked, add Mushrooms until wilted, add Meat until it changes color, insert the Carrot and all the remaining Ingredients, stir until cooked well, set aside
  5. After the dough expands, separate the dough into several part  and then shape into a round and insert the filling into it, then seal the side. Then spread with the beated eggs .
  6. Bake in the oven about 12 minutes till it's crisp and golden.
  7. Beef Puff is ready to be served with chili sauce and tomato sauce.
