Honey Fried Fish

Ingredients
Fried Fish
- 500 grams of fish without bones, cut as your finger
- Lemon Juice from half Lemon
- Salt
- 1 Egg White, beaten
- 100 grams Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Oil for frying
Honey Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic,smash and fined chop
- 50 gram Onion, fine sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, fine sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, fine sliced
- 50 grams Straw Mushroom, fine sliced
- 100 cc Honey
- 100 cc Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Peas
- 1 table spoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Making Steps
Fried Fish
- Season the fish fillet with salt and lemon juice and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with salt and pepper powder and then cover the fish that has been dipped into the egg white with flour mixture until completely covered
- Heat the oil and then fry the fish until golden and cooked. set aside
Honey Sauce
- Heat 1 spoon of butter, then saute garlic and onion until flavored, insert peppers and mushrooms and mix well.
- Enter honey, water and soy sauce and then boil the sauce until slightly thickened.
- And finally enter the peas and to add flavor do not forget to enter lemon Juice ( you can add more if you like ).
- Arrange fish on the serving plate and then pour the honey sauce, and ready to serve.
