Making Steps
Roll the mixture into balls 2"/5 cm diameter, rolling in the flour for easy handling. Melt the Butter in a pan and brown the balls lightly, Place in a casserole.
Heat the butter and stir well four till cook and smooth about 3 minutes, pour the milk to the smooth sauce, remove the heat and mix in the mushroom, seasoning, cream and sherry.
Pour on to the meatballs and bake at 180C degree in 30 minutes and ready to serve.
Now that is my kind of eating!! Looks good.
