Shrimp Omelette with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 100 grams of Shrimp
- 100 grams of Beans, dice
- 1 Carrot, dice
- 6 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Sauce
- 250 Chicken Broth
- 1 Onion, cutted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Butter
- 1/4 tablespoon Salt
- 2sendokteh soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Making Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, cook garlic and shrimp for 2 minutes, add beans and carrots, then stir-fry for 2 minutes, and set aside.
- Beat eggs, salt, pepper and stir-fry shrimp that already cold .
- Add the egg dough to the pan and cook until both sides are golden yellow and cook well, remove and put on a serving dish.
Sauce
- Heat the butter and add the onion until fragrant then pour chicken broth, salt, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch, wait until it is thickened while stirring constantly,remove and ready to serve.
- Serve Omelet with the sauce
