Fried Fish Meatballs

Ingredients
100 ml Ice/cold Water.
1 Egg Whites.
1 teaspoon Chicken Broth Powder.
1 tablespoon Sugar.
3 tablespoons Sago / Tapioca flour.
1 tablespoon Pepper.
Salt.
Oil for deep fry
Making steps
Blend with food processor fish meat with ice water and egg whites until smooth, add in sugar, salt, powdered broth, pepper and sago flour, blend again just a second.
Create meatballs from the dough ( use spoon to make circle shapes ) than directly insert to the hot water, do it till the dough is runs out.
Turn on the heat again, boil the meatballs till float to the surface of the water, lift, drain and cooling down.
Fried meatballs in the deep fry pan with a lot of oil, cooked until golden brown, lift and drain with paper towel.
Now Your fist meatballs is ready to serve, serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
