Mix all ingredients less flour, beat at maximum speed till light and fluffy, than add the flour and beating again 1 more minutes till blended perfectly.
Bake in a 18cm / 7" square tin about 40 minutes at 190C Degree. After colling, Ice with Coffee Butter Icing and decorate with coarsley choppped Nuts.
Coffee Butter Icing
Beat in maximum speed, unsalt butter, icing sugar, coffee essence till icing is soft and fluffy.
