Secrets of Organ Playing Competition - Week 11
This is my entry for Week 11 of the Secrets of Organ Playing Competition!
My name is James Flores and I'm playing Prelude and Fugue in D minor, BWV 554, from the "8 Short Preludes and Fugues" formerly attributed to Johann Sebastian Bach but probably composed by one of his pupils, Johann Tobias Krebs or his son Johann Ludwig Krebs.
Great performance! Are you based in Albury? I wonder if our paths ever crossed whilst I was in Australia... by the way, take a look at the @ntopaz front end for STEEM. It might be an interesting way to gather support from an artistic community. At the moment, it is mostly visual art, but I was just appointed as a music curator there, and I'm hoping to bring some more musicians of quality on board. If you end up in their discord, just let them know I sent you! (PS: No need to waste a tag on classical-radio, I don't check it with the @classical-radio account!).

Albury... I think I did a concert there... but I used to live and work in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne...

I wasn't actually in Albury... but I lived and worked in Canberra and Sydney, and I had friends that I would visit in Albury.... but this was about 15 years ago!
