I love homemade body care products I know are clean. Bath salt soaks are a great way to practice self care.

Lavender is also anti-bacterial and helps fight infections. Rose Petals are nurturing and energetically bring the love energy to the heart and soul. Rose also is calming to the nervous system. Calendula is a skin soother and helps to heal many skin conditions. It has anti-bacterial qualities that help fight infections.

I bought an oz of each herb and a pound of Himalayan sea salt. You can pick how much of the other herbs you want to use. Use your intuition to guide you. Your body may want more of one herb because it needs it. Trust yourself! You can’t do it wrong.

Stir it all up with a wooden spoon. Metal can mess with the ionic properties in the salt. Wood is from the earth and is more natural.

Get a refillable tea bag and fill with your bath soak.

This tea bag is ready to be placed in a bath and enjoyed:) You can also add Epsom salts to your bath in addition to your bath soak bag. The Epsom salts have magnesium that will help relax your muscles and help with any magnesium deficiency.

I like to keep the bath soak in a mason jar. These are great for gifting and are a way to show yourself or someone else that you love them.
