Time is on your side

We all arise with the same block of time
What we choose to do remains open to mind
Until we act and take control of our life
And continue forth with what we set out to do
Never regrets or some pointless rues
Whatever it be, just know you have grew
Good or bad is simply a word
The meaning deeper, you just have to look
Inside the message, waiting for you
To deliver back to its very messenger
Delivered at once when the time has come
For the letter to be, deciphered at once
The writing is not engraved in stones
The writing is not, for there are no words
The meaning relies on what you’ve learned
Take what’s given & next time you’ll know
The decision made; you should have said, “no”
It’s all so difficult, at least it seems
Take a step back and simply breathe
Choose what you do based on your terms
Not someone else who says it’s their turn
To dictate the way you go about your time
Because the time will come—
When there will be none
