POWERED UP OVER 3,000 SP TODAY! Let’s keep it STEEM rolling
I powered up some STEEM to steem power that I transferred from blocktrades today, putting me above the 3,000 total STEEM POWER mark. I’ve been earning a little here and a little there, and it’s nice to add to the stake from time to time as well. I figured I might as well while the price of STEEM is low because we all know it’s not going to be cheap for long. At least, that is what we are all hoping for, that is.
I think the crypto markets are beginning to heat up, so I took advantage while I had a small amount of liquid to increase my stake in the STEEM blockchain. That really is how I look at it, too. I believe I am investing in more than a crypto “token” when I invest in STEEM.
We are investing in the STEEM blockchain and all the initiatives taking place which continue to push this thing forward. Just think of all the applications we don’t know about that do exist on the STEEM blockchain, and all the other Dapps that have yet to surface. Eventually, this platform will take off and it will be music to our ears (& money in our pockets).
There is a lot of potential upside for STEEM as a whole, and this is why I will continue my efforts here for some time. Any investment, however, has its own inherent risks, so I’m not fully banking on STEEM. I do believe at a very minimum STEEM will match its ATH near $9. This is a low ball number, in my opinion, for what STEEM is really worth.

Wow - that's a nice chunk of STEEM! I bought at these prices the last time they were so low and still happy I did. I'm not in the position to buy more now and yes that hurts a little, but I'm even more excited that those that didn't grab the 'first low' are buying now. Happy you powered up the 3000!
For sure ! I’m happy with 3k at the moment. I’m just going to keep earning and see what happens. Only time will tell. I think it’s going to be happy days for many of us here in the community

I treated myself to a birthday gift and bought 415 STEEM on the weekend. I was going to HODL until SPUD but could not wait as it bumped me to Minnow.
