Maramures - tradition and magic #2

Hello my dear steemians!

There is a drink that has 3 different names, but it is the same one. The difference comes from what is made.
The names are: tuica, horinca, palinca.
Maramures is well known for this, almost everyone in country side has it on the table. They are making it from fruits and it is really strong...they have to temper it or cool it down to 52 degree alcohol.
They are made from these 3 fruits in the value order:
Apples
Plumbs
Pears

The most good and expensive and rare is the one made from pears, but also there it matters from what kind, this goes also for apples and plumbs.

If you ever step inside the house of a maramures people, be sure that they will give you to taste some of it, be careful...it is strong..but good... It will make your appetite grow.

These are from a festival of dance. The place can hold almost 1000 people. Weddings in the old part of Maramures have almost 800 guests
