Diary game #wk1 -A happy Sunday
Hello, steemians from all over the world!
Good evening and happy Sunday to you all. Trust you feel blessed and Super fantastic?
I pleases to inform you about my day today.
Like we all know today was the Lord's day. And I went to church. I woke up 6 am in this morning. I needed to be in church by 7 am as a chorister so as to practice the song we are to minister.
Ouch! The whether was so chilly. The harmattan really came back in full force.
I don't usually like this season because I’m prone to cold especially early in the morning like today. I could feel the chilling breeze seeping into my bone through my collar bone.
But I still had to take my bath. And oh yes! I even bathe with cold water thankfully the water wasn't chilly as it was in the room.
I prepared and left for service after bathing.
I got there about 3 minutes past the time. I was still early as others had not arrived yet.
I took my seat and waited for others to join us, after a while we prayed and started the practice. We practiced the song titled “Leaning on His Everlasting Arms”
After the practice, service started with prayers, singing of hymn and then Search the Scripture also called Sunday school. I was privileged to handle the section today. I give God the Glory for finding me worthy.
While heading to church
The topic for today was COMMEMORATION OF THE PASSOVER AND DIVINE GUIDANCE.
It was about the commandment of God to the children of Israel through Moses to observe the Passover in remembrance of how God delivered them by killing all the first borns of the Eygptians including animals that night, this led Pharaoh to release them to go.
So the children of Israel we're very obident and did as the lord commanded them. This is a lesson to us as children of God to always be obident to God at all times.
During the service
When the section was over, we had other activities like singing of hyms, choir administration and then our pastor preached.
The message was till also similar to the search the scripture topic.
We finished service around close to 12 Pm.
I didn't go home immediately as I was to have an interview with our leaders as a new worker recruit. After the interview, I went home.
The moment I got home and finished undressing, I warmed my food to eat because i was very hungry. After eating I got busy with my phone.
I was busy with editing my book since afternoon I returned from church till this night.
It's really tiring especially because i'm using my phone to write the book.
The Launch of my book; “Bold and Fearless; A Journey to an Unwavering Confidence” is this week's Saturday.
So I have to ensure that everything is ready for that day. I pray that my launch will be a success and I will make great sales.
