My first completed coloring page in a couple of months. It was taken from my favorite coloring book, Psalms Stained Glass Coloring Book published by Dover.

When I feel particularly anxious this book gives me an outlet to de-stress. The designs aren't overly intricate and I can use markers, which can cover more space in lesser time. Unlike some colorists, I don't like to plan my colors and I just pick and choose whatever color I want and color away. The point of coloring is to de-stress and unwind and I don't see why should I make it complicated by pre-planning my colors. But that's me. I am not saying it's wrong to choose your colors carefully prior to coloring :)
