Preparations Underway For Ghana's Easter Meet-up

Our meet up and promo activity is happening again. We intend to make it a special one during this festive season. I have always loved steemit meetup; it's a great time for steemians to converge, educate and socialise.

I would like to acknowledge the relentless effort of the leadership behind the Steem Ghana community. The community is blessed to have @oppongk, @njaywan @mcsamm @nattybongo @anaman who have been the backbone for the success behind our meetups.

Our plan is to host this meet-up at two different places - X5 Pub(Kumasi) and Mayaga(Navrongo) at the same time. The reason for this arrangement is to save steemians who are located at different places in Ghana from incurring additional cost of transportation.

The leadership after much deliberation came to a consensus and settled on this arrangement.
We are hopeful that the leaders or reps in the two regions will do a great job of educating newbies about the salient matters they need to be abreast with on the Steemit platform. No one will be left out, we plan to support one another especially newbies. Newly printed Steemit T-shirt will be given to those without one.

Currently we have 60 registered members whom we are expecting to attend. Kumasi's venue will host 20 members whiles Navrongo's venue hosts 40.

Promotional activities are never left out in all our meetups. We have made available many flyers to be used to promote, educate and inform folks around the Kumasi metropolis and the environs of Navrongo about steemit.

I am so excited to be part of the meet up. I take great delight in sharing my experience and giving support to newbies in all our meetings. This is chance for me as well as other steemians to explore, learn and educate.
