Back To Accra After A short Break, A Pleasant and A Safe Journey Today

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great and you are in good health. Today marked the end of the short break we had from 28th of January and I had to make it back to Accra where I work. We were suppose to go for vacation but that was interrupted and had a seven day break which though was short but I have had a wonderful time with the family in Kumasi.

II didn't make it to the bus station on time today since I had some visitors who took up part of my time and caused me to be late. We left at 3:59 a.m., and the ride was uneventful; in fact, if it hadn't been for some traffic jams, we would have arrived in Accra in less than three hours.

Traveling from Kumasi to Accra on a normal working day can take up to four hours due to traffic, but this is a speedy minivan, so it just took three and a half hours to get us in Accra. Most buses travelling to Accra, as a usual practice, provide passengers with the opportunity to purchase food or visit a place of convenience in the middle of the journey.

Linda Door Services is a well-known establishment at Bonsu Junction, on the two-hour commute to Accra. We all went outside to get some food and water so we could continue on our journey. The bus would not leave for another 15 minutes, so passengers had to hurry to collect what they needed before the driver starts the engine again.

When we arrived at Linda Door, it was 6:30 p.m and the driver was able to get us to Accra by 7:30 p.m. I had expected that we will be in Accra by 8 p.m., but I was happy we arrived earlier. Traveling by road is one of the things that I enjoy, and this one was particularly pleasant and secure. I'm hoping to return to school the next day. Thanks for reading
