Intermittent Fasting absolutely helped me. My first try of IF was several years ago and I keep doing IF at least once a month. I usually start from noon after lunch and keep myself empty until next lunch. Makes me refresh myself very efficiently and it helps me lose weight in a calm and orderly way. I support your new concept and would like to follow you from today. Thanks for good posting :)
