Taking a Break
Whether work can sometimes be a grind for you or not, we could all use a break from work whether we think so or not. Our minds and body can only work at peak efficiency when they are given the break and freedom to do so. Running full speed ahead all the time is not the best way to get yourself to where you want to go. Having a never stop mentallity can be beneficial, but you should take a stop from time to time to have a more wholistic life and to also get the most out of your hard work.
An easy example for everyday life is instead of scarfing down lunch, use that time to clear your mind by going outside on a quick walk or socializing with your fellow workers, etc. This is healthier for you as well as more benmeficial to how you will function when you get back to work. With a well needed break you will be happier, healthier, and more focused/productive afterwards. Also, taking Vacations and time off is something that is huge in that it can totally refresh oneself and open up their minds in new unfound ways. Do not trap yourself in a bubble when trying to have a succesful life. In order to truly be successful I believe you need to have a wealth of different experiences and that each will help make you enjoy life more and grow you stronger as a total perosn as well as in your main area of foucs. Good luck as you press on in the journey of life and remember to press hard but to let off the gas from time to time by spending time in nature, spiritually, etc.
