Phil #1: How I Met My Best Friend
This is my best friend Phil.
We met ~14 years ago when he showed up on my porch one day and refused to go home. His owner came by apologizing for him asking if the cat was bothering us but we were perfectly fine to let him hang around.
After his previous owner tried taking him back home only to have him escape and return to us over and over again, he finally gave up. He brought over Phil's belongings. He gave us Phil's medical history from his vet and his prescription diet food. His only two belongings. He bid farewell to Phil.
Phil didn't notice
We helped Phil slim down
Phil took an interest in things
And Phil got cozy (maybe didnt slim down enough)
