Banana cake-Recipe

Today again I will share a delicious recipe but this time it will be delicious banana cake, super cheap and easy.
For this recipe you will only need 4 ingredients:
◇ 6 eggs.
◇ 8 platanos (the more mature you get)
◇ 5 tablespoons of sugar.
◇ 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Process:
◇ Chop the raw plantains.
◇ Beat the eggs in a bold.
◇ Place the eggs, sugar, vanilla and bananas in the blender.
◇ Leave to beat very well, at least 2 minutes.
◇ Brush the mold and pour the mixture.
◇ Let cook 30 or 40 minutes.
Finally enjoy with a nice company of this rich gluten-free banana cake.
