Unlocking Freedom with Cody Schreyer (Property)

Part of my journey to freedom is to find a place where I could start a permaculture farm. I have been getting into growing food more and more over the years and wanted to leave the town that I am in for the country. The city that I live in won't allow you to have chickens or other farm animals. I found an 8 acre plot of land and bought it. I soon will be losing a layer of government trying to control everything, and plan on building a home on the land. The sale of my home is pending and I will be living in an apartment with my wife and kids until our home is built. I am planning on putting up a pole barn home, trying to reduce cost but still have a lot of room.

The land I bought is on a river and has a creek. It has a lot of woods and is perfect for what I would like to do with it. This land should provide my family with food, money, and a lifestyle away from the 9 to 5. It just going to take a lot of work and time.
