Introduction
Hi friends, hope we all had an interesting and exciting Sunday. I'll be writing on my dairy activities on August 14 2022 how the day was and my activities the same day.
Morning Session

The previous day been Saturday i had planned to go to bed a little earlier so i can rest and won't get to wake up late given the next day was Sunday but my plan didn't actually get to workout the way i had plan so instead of going to bed by 12am sleep had disappeared so i continued working, i decided to continue with the e-commerce website i had started earlier so i continued adding some parts of the website till it got to around 2am.
By 2am i switched to trade analysis at the same time so was kind of watching both at the same time but before getting to both, i first engaged in setting up a standard trade setup in BTCUSD which took at least 45mins to do that then just continued watching will working on the website same time.

In between 4am to 5am i fell asleep and woke up at past 6am, did some brief trade setup reviews with my uncle then from there iron my cloths, had a bath and dressed up ready for church which was already almost 8:30am and got to leave the house by almost 9am which was already about 15mins late hmmm. Carry the church piano and been late again pretty frustrating in addition to that with serious Douala rain blockage.
Finally got to church at already past 9am got into the service at came out when it was around past 1pm.
In Church
In Church, the service was a little bit stiff started out with worship tough the instruments started misbehaving and we had to go through the whole service without using them but still God was glorified in the singing, dancing and all. From the singing, dancing to the message which was on Burning continually in Christ which was very powerful from our Deacon and we read from Leviticus 6 :12 -13, which challenged us with the responsibility to keep our Christian lives burning continually and not to grow cold or weary. The service ended almost at 1pm from there some departments had their meetings after church while those that didn't left.
Afternoon Session
Coming back from church i was a little bit tired though arrived home at past 2pm and had a program at 3pm so just had to freshen up a little then prepare to head for our weekly RHIM FM (Royal Heralds International Movement For Missions) meetings which is an a group of people interested and passionate about evangelism and soul winning. I set out for the meeting by 3pm with my brother @nkwainbryan and we got there at already past three and the meeting started almost to 4pm. We had another moment of worship and word encounter from our leader on Excelling in missions and Evangelism with this quadrant of the year being our Missons and <Evangelism quadrant. The meeting ended in the evening by 6:30pm.
Evening Session
The evening session started with our `RHIM FM` meeting which ended at 6:30pm and rain was really really heavy at that time but thanks to God the rain stopped immediately our meeting ended and we separated from the meeting and it headed back home.
I got home when it was already 7pm took a little time to rest while going through steemit and reviewing some posts and also responding to replies from my previous posts. After reviewing some posts on steemit i started out to watch some Youtube videos though i didn't get to finish watching them had to take out time and study the variation of XAUUSD(GOLD) in the market since started Monday which was few hours away the Forex market will be open.

Started out the setup analysis by almost 8pm and along the way by some minutes to 10pm i fell asleep and woke up again by 1am the next day. The trade setup i started out with ended up with the analysis the next day after i woke up and that was how the day got to an end.
