In this video I'll show you how to return JSON using Flask to create an API.

Returning JSON instead of a webpage in Flask is super easy, all you have to do is return a Python Dictionary and Flask will convert it into JSON for you.

You used to have to use Jsonify to do this, but not any more. In this video we'll create a little app that returns the current date as JSON.
