3 Ways To Lower Your Cholesterol Level Without Medication!
Cholesterol is made by the lever naturally and its main function is to make essential molecules such as hormones and bile acids and helps you digest your food. There are other important functions of cholesterol and that's why you can't ignore its importance.
Cholesterol is necessary for your body but within limits. When it's too low, it is a sign of some health problems but the higher level of cholesterol increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and coronary artery disease. In order to stay on the safer side, you must keep your cholesterol level at the balanced level.

It is common that we visit doctors and ask them to suggest the medicines to keep the cholesterol level within normal limits but have you ever considered the natural ways that can be useful for that purpose too? Well, medicines may harm you too and it is often seen that one medicine may treat your main problem but drag you into other health issues. Though I don't mean to say that all medicines are harmful, of course not!
In this article, I'd share some ways that will naturally lower your cholesterol level but you must check with the doctor at first whether you need to lower your cholesterol because when it's already at the balanced level in your body, then there is no such need. In case the doctor suggests that you need to lower the cholesterol, discuss these ways with your doctor and seek his advice. Remember! you must find out the desired level with your doctor because the normal range/level of cholesterol varies with the situation of each patient.
# 1 - Weight Loss Exercises:
It's something that most people already do. There are a lot of fat people in the world and the reason can be your high cholesterol level. In order to keep cholesterol balanced, you'll need to lower your weight. Instead of taking artificial supplements to lose weight, you just need to do exercise daily.
Generally, you should target to lower around 10 pounds and then you'll find that you improved the cholesterol level and brought it back to balanced once again. Though the weigh that you need to lose varies with your situation. If you are not that fatty, you won't need even 10 pounds and 5 pounds may be enough. But if you are fat enough, then it can be more than 10 pounds.
# 2 - Eat Fishes:
This is one of the favorite seafoods of most people and I don't know why you can miss eating fish. There are many advantages in fish that can only be enjoyed if you eat them regularly (though within certain limits).
Though you should take a note that not all fish types are good for your health. King mackerel or swordfish increases the risk of heart diseases and therefore, it's good to choose salmon fish. Guess what? Fishes are helpful in the reduction of weight, so if you want to lose some of it, then make sure to eat the fishes at-least twice in a week.
# 3 - Go Nuts:
Nuts are often the best substitutes of snacks and you can eat them to chill out and to stay energized at work. Nuts carry a good amount of calories. But you need to remember that your body needs a limited amount of calories per day. If you exceed those limits too often, it may lead to some health issues.
Nuts contain fiber and we all know that fiber is helpful to keep your cholesterol level from going too high. And well, there are other ways that may help you such as eating olive oil. Remember that fast foods and pies increase your cholesterol level so you gotta control your diet as well.
If you've already tried any of the tips, make sure to leave a comment and I'd be glad to read your experience. These natural ways can be a bit slower than medicines but if they keep you safe from the possible harm of medicines, then all is fine (except when you're going through serious health issues and need to control your cholesterol immediately).
nice post@coconut
Thanks for sharing. Will definitely show this to my cousin. He has high cholesterol level so he doesn't take red meat, eggs, milk except skimmed, dates because it contains a lot of sugar.
Thank you for this understandable and highly applicable text. As someone who deals with the science, I can confirm that all three of these things have a positive effect on the reduction of cholesterol. Also I agree that it is better (if the health condition allows) to solve the problem naturally before drugs. I just would like to add that minced flax seed is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids (like fish), which play a significant role in reducing inflammation and reducing high blood pressure, as well as lowering bad cholesterol. It is also good to consume both garlic and lemon in the morning before breakfast.
