The Diary Game: Reading As A Hobbie And Connecting With Nature (1-10-2025)
Morning Activity
After waking up from a sleep to a beautiful calm sunny day, started my day with reading as one of my hobbies as a student, who need to keep up with the brain and growth, so it was quiet an amazing engagement reading a good book titled “Nigerian People and Culture”
The book place emphasis on how rich the Nigerian culture is, though it’s vast nature and cultural differences ranging from different Ethnic groups that promotes the Nigerian Culture. Why I got engrossed into reading this book today is regards to our 65th independence as a country what else can I say by Nigeria is truly a blessed.
As great Nation with vast resources, in Human and Mineral resources, blessed with Agriculture, crude and lots of blessings. The Nigerian culture is also vast with rich food, bet you know the Nigerian Jellof trend. The book offered insight to more knowledge and it was indeed a great read.
Afternoon Activity
Still buzzing the day, after a stretched day decided to get lunch from my local food vendor, guess what? It was one of the rich Nigerian food a combination that many Nigerians seems to love especially from the South -South and South- East region Afang soup mixed with Melon with protein as beef and swallow as garri.
The meal lasted about 5-10 minute, after the meal had to take a quite siesta, so I can recover fully from the days work and that’s how we also had the evening experience.
Evening Activity
So after the days work I decided to take a stroll down the streets of Uyo, having time with nature, had to take a walk to University of Uyo gate where I took a nice photograph which I’ll share, one of the amazing things to do is connecting with nature as you journey through life.
After that while strolling back had to take some view of a pop corn vendor, that also runs a point of service business know as (POS) showcasing the enthusiastic spirit of hustling in the real sense of it, Uyo got some busy movements and walking by the can be noisy but it was quiet and experience for the day.
