A SpringRole account holder builds a public profile that displays the user's educational background, work experience, successful projects, and key skills. Each feature of the profile can be verified by the proper authority. Educational background will be verified by the institute where the user studied, work experience will be verified by the employer, projects will be verified by the client, and skills will be endorsed by experts. All the verifications are stored on the blockchain and are publicly visible.

Those who verify a person's profile claims receive SPRING tokens and the experts who endorse a person's skills get money when the person is employed. SpringRole is a product for the employment market. SpringRole decentralizes the process of authentication as attestation agencies would no longer be needed. It also allows users to place their information in an accessible platform and those with the authority to verify the information can do so directly and easily.
