What I think about bitcoin

I really don't think about it too much nor do I have much of an opinion on it. For me, gil serves its purpose quite well, as does loot and bartering with shop owners. To be honest, most people in Gaia aren't very tech savvy and more than 50% don't have Internet access, so things like bitcoin, or crypto-currency in general, don't garner a lot of attention or interest in most areas of the globe.

That said, it has gained a lot of traction in Midgar, which isn't surprising, as they are the tech leaders of this planet and 9 out of 10 residents of that area have Internet.

For me, I can take it or leave it. The fact that I can sell it for gil is pretty sweet, though :)
