5.锅热了之后,再倒入一些橄榄油。
6.放入豆腐来油煎
7.先开大火,此时不要搅动豆腐。
8.约40秒之后,改小火。
9.再约40秒之后,豆腐的颜色有点改变,翻面。
10.同样的方式,一直翻面,让表面的颜色,逐渐的加深,直到你喜欢的颜色。 (依个人喜好而定)。
个人建议,翻面的次数太要太多次,颜色过深是不好的,买来的豆腐本身是熟食的,只要热过就好.
