Healthy Food - Grilled Season Vegetables

How to be at home,
How about making delicious and healthy grilled seasonal vegetables yourself?
Here is a simple recipe.
Using the oven, it only takes 20 minutes.

Put the vegetables you want to eat,
Cut into small pieces,
Into a baking bowl,
Sprinkle with a little salt and olive oil (or butter),
Stir and soak slightly,
After soaking for about 2 hours,
Put in the oven,
At a temperature of 200 degrees C
Bake for 15 minutes.

note...
Do not cover the baking bowl. (Or use a lid with a hot air hole)
Vegetables must be washed.
If is fruity kind of vegetables, choose these no juicy ones.
Do not overfill.
Don't squeeze, deliberately stuff him, after the vegetables are placed, keep a gap between each other.
When soaking, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out to Stir every 40 minutes.

如何在家,
自己做出美味又健康的烤季节蔬菜呢?
这里有个简单的料理法.
利用烤箱, 只要20分钟便可.

将自己要吃的蔬菜,
切成一小块一小块的,
放入烤碗之中,
洒上少许的盐和橄榄油(或者牛油),
稍微的搅拌一下和浸泡,
浸泡约2小时之后,
放入烤箱,
用200度C的温度
烘烤15分钟即可.

注意...
烤碗不可盖上盖子. (或者使用有热气孔的盖子)
蔬菜记得要清洗.
若是水果类的蔬菜, 要选择比较不多汁的.
不可放太满.
不要挤压, 特意的去塞满他, 蔬菜在摆入之后, 要保持着彼此之间的空隙.
浸泡的时候,放入冷藏室之中,可以隔40分钟,拿出来翻转一下.
