Thinking about the curation rewards on the blockchain I would say that's tasty. ☺
We all like to earn good rewards to be seens and to have enough engagement with our content. That's like cooking cakes and then enjoying eating them. In case it's very tasty, we feel so much joy and in case it's not, we get upset. That's why we do our best to improve the recipe and to add more food to the table to fix the situation in case we're not satisfied.
It's really great how the blockchain is working. We may create a content and earn from it. It's not even a share from the earnings of promoters like in centrazlied social media, but it's the reward we earn thanks to curators who like to consume our content. So, we don't have to worry about how many people have seen our content, but about how many of them liked it ! That's a better principle that motivates the content creator to try better.
So, we do our best to represent ourselves in a better way. That's why we always imporove our content, try to add something new to it, join more communities and follow more people, try to be in touch with people we like and always progressing our communication. We also consume other content to earn from it and find what we need to make us improve. And find the best time to share what we created after to my our lovely followers enjoy it ! That may help us as well to find more supporters to be useful to even more people and that's the real evolution.
This system can also work in the opposite direction. The worse is the content, the less followers will stay arround to support it and the author. And the cool thing is that the content has 7 days to be found or hidden. it depend on the type of the content, on the
behavior of the creator or even the communities he/she posts in and even other people followed. That's why we have to choose the best community to post in, the best creators to follow and we need to think about who we are supporting or even commenting !
In the end I would say that the philosophy of the curation rewards is awesome.
It bring more worthy creators to the platform and eliminate those who are not in need of!
Things are not always as they seem or work according to the rule, there is a lot of undervalued content and other overvalued which produces opposite feelings in those who make publications, the first of disappointment at the little or no retribution and in the second the conformism of not improving what it publishes as it is valued widely. Curation is not always fair.
You are right man. But sometimes we just have to accept the system and its rules to live. Nothing is fair in this world. It's all about money. I just try to be positive to not lose my mind. I don't think this system will change, we just have to continue creating hoping that some our followers became whales and support us or a good moderator from a big team will notice us. Not all people are the same and trust me there are curators who try to be fair. Maybe we don't have a lot of such people but if we keep creating, we will be noticed by them anyway.
Hello @clixmoney, This seems to be a perfect formula, however we can see in the healing trails, some publications with very good content but how much has been taken into account and they have very few votes and comments, this can discourage users, I have As some even leave the platform because they are disappointed, I think this is inevitable.
But, I really liked your publication, it is part of the aspects that we must take into account when publishing.

For sure, if we are posting in a platform, we have to accept its rules. I understand that when we joined we thought that's great to earn from our content and we had the proof of brain respected, but with time things changed and now mostly the proof of stake is working, not only here, but in all crypto world. So, we just have to accept the game. It doens't work always like that, but mostly it's the case ! Unless we are already popular in other social media and they may support us very well to make us promote the sytem for them.
