Yay. I'm glad you haven't had to totally abandon this Clay. I know you're passionate about it so I hope life's circumstances allow you to continue working on it, however long--and in whatever form--that takes.
I just feel like the game industry moved into very predatory practices and stopped caring about providing a quality gaming experience a long time ago. I figure it's my first project and I'm learning, so it should be free/voluntary to support it. The only real drawback with that is that it provides no income stream while working on it, so it really limits how much time I've had to do anything in the bear market. Hopefully things are turning around and I'll find myself with much more freedom in the near future.
