Bontà Divine
The butcher I love is called Bontà Divina and offers a large quantity of meat. As soon as I entered the butcher's shop, I was pleasantly surprised by the considerable quantity of meat to choose from.
The owners, three really good and very kind boys, prepare different types of cars every day and create small masterpieces. What I prefer are meat burgers with pistachio and stracciatella and they are delicious because they are served in a really tasty broth.
The Capocollo di Martina Franca is really tasty, a thin cut left to soak in a balanced and lightly cooked BBQ sauce, otherwise it becomes hard. The meat rolls are also delicious: various ingredients: cooked and cheese, rocket and tomato, etc.
The cost is certainly affordable: I took six slices of meatloaf and in all I paid just 6 euros. I recommend it to those who want to eat meat without spending too much and have a quality product.
