Cueva Cafè
A cocktail in company is a cocktail drunk in joy. In our visit to Polignano we stopped for a cocktail at the Cueva Cafè. Located at the entrance of the historic center of the city, on a pedestrian street and highly trafficked by people, in a corner of the street there is a corner with seats and chairs for the customers of the restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant is very small and partly occupied by the bar of the American bar, run purely by girls. The service is quite fast and finding free places is very difficult. The menu is full bodied and we ordered some cedar and two alcoholic cocktails.
To tease something, we ordered toasts and a very large bruschetta that almost didn't fit on the plate. It is strange to sit and watch so many people passing you and looking at you, perhaps envious. The Cafe is open every day, for lunch it also serves breakfasts with croissants and croissants.
