For me, running is a wonderful way to clear my mind and relax my thoughts. Our daily life is made of frenzy, anxiety, worries. Our psychophysical state is subjected to continuous stress and over time, this is reflected on the health of our body.

Sport is the cure for our state of mind. My personal care is called Running. The running allows me to dissociate myself from the daily vicissitudes, from work, from stress. When I run, my mind stops thinking and keeps silent, while the body continues a constant cyclic movement.
Running in nature is the highest state of relaxation. In addition to the mind, the eyes, ears and nose also relax when immersed in the vegetation. Those colors, here sounds and those smells help you to face the path that you have in front of you and pushes you to move forward, without stopping, until reaching your goal.
Sport helps us to be physically trained, guaranteeing us good health, and psychologically, cushioning stress.
