MY FOODS FOR CHRISTMAS.
Christmas comes but once in a year and it needs to be well celebrated anytime it's here. One of the ways to celebrate it is by putting a good food on the table.
One of the food I will make for Christmas is jollof rice and fried chicken. I like this food because of its reddish-brown appearance and also because it's the favourite of most of my young ones visiting.
In case anyone here might want to go my way too, you can follow the steps below in preparing Jollof Rice:
THE STEPS TO TAKE:
1.pour the chicken stock and tomato stew into a sizeable pot and leave to boil.
2.add drained parboiled rice, curry, powder salt, and pepper to taste. the water level should be the same level of the rice.
3.cover the pot and leave to cook on low to medium heat-dry the moisture.
Then serve with chilled drink.
