Minnowbooster Leasing Project - Day 12

A nice day for the project yesterday. Day 11 post received $0.72 in votes, which was quite nice. Curation is going much better than expected pulling in 0.5 SP.

We got paid out for day 4 receiving 0.246 SBD, and 0.201 SP. We also received a little bit from commenting. Over account value has now jumped up to $6.45 which is well ahead of our projection of $5.00 at this point.

Our pending payouts are sitting at $4.37 and our banked votes on Steemfollower are at $12.97. Pretty soon I will be creeping onto the top users portion of Steemfollower. Hopefully that will get me some extra exposure.

So far I'm quite happy with the curation I'm pulled in so far. I try to vote around the 30 minute mark on posts I think can get some more votes. I also try to avoid anything that looks like plagiarism or pure spam. I have a few friends I usually vote for as well because I like to encourage them to continue using Steemit. Not a very indepth strategy but it's been doing fairly well so far.

The numbers from my actual posts have improved since the beginning and I think they will probably stabilize a bit at some point. I'm hoping my average post return goes up a bit more before that point.

It will be fun to see how everything goes over the next three weeks.
