cant send post on framesia

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
After writing my post, my expectation was to locate the post button and click on it to post my write up.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
couldn't locate the post button
HOW TO REPRODUCE
1. Using chrome browser, input *** framesia.com*** and press enter
2. It will take you to the launching page . you'll see Login with STEEM above. Click on it .
3. After clicking login with steem, it will direct you to STEEM CONNECT where you will need to click CONTINUE
4. The next page will give you options to use in signing in....(your username, steemit password or your active keys).i will advice you to use your active key to login and at the same time revoke your token here https://v2.steemconnect.com/apps/authorized when you are through for safety purpose.
5. Click on write at the top right side.
6. write anything in the space provided to post and try to locate the post button.

REPRODUCING THE BUG

This is not a bug - the button is not missing, it's just the project doesn't feature a responsive design, so it is hidden. There are 2 simple workarounds for this behavior (one is built into the chrome menu)
First one is simply rotating it. When the editor toolbar has enough room, the missing button is to be found again.
Second solution is ask chrome for the desktop version using the "Desktop site" button
Either way, since the project doesn't claim to have a responsive design. I highly suggest you read about the subject to get the idea. When an app/web app claims to feature responsive design, then these type of bug reports are noteworthy. Right now, this behavior within this website can't be considered a bug. It's an expected behavior.
Please learn thoroughly what the products you test claim to be able to do, before trying to document bugs, and submitting them to Utopian.
