We call this in the Philippines "Gumamela" or "Tapulanga".

Scientific Name: HIBISCUS ROSA-SINENSIS

A very common flowering plant that needs little care for it to grow. However, if given special care, this plant can give you the most beautiful flowers with very distinct colors.
