Elio e le store tese.

L'etichetta, incollato con lo scotch, diceva Live in Borgomanero

OH, senti questa!!! Un gruppo nuovo, gente che suona bene e i testi sono veramente bizzarrissimi.

Amore al primo ascolto, su tutti è veramente degno di menzione il basso!

Ma chi sono questi alieni della musica italiana?

Stefano Elio Belisari, frontman del gruppo, cantante, chitarrista e flautista diplomato.

Nicola Faso Fasani, bassista e degna spalla di Elio

Davide Cesareo Civaschi, lead guitar (alle sue spalle Jantoman)

Sergio Rocco Tanica Conforti - Tastiere

Christian DJ Mendrisio Mayer - Batteria

Antonello Jantoman Aguzzi - Tastiere

Negli anni, poi, si sono avvicendati altri grandiosi musicisti (Vittorio Cosma, Paola Folli, Diego Maggi) che si sono integrati benissimo nel gruppo.

Li ho visti dal vivo almeno una decina di volte ed i concerti sono sempre molto divertenti ed oltre alle canzoni gli Elii si dilettano in gag e numeri di "alta coreografia" guidati dall'architetto Luca Mangoni - Supergiovane Mangoni.

Nel primo nucleo stabile del gruppo c'era anche Paolo Feiez Panigada polistrumentista scomparso per emorragia cerebrale mentre suonava in uno dei progetti paralleli degli Elii.

Purtoppo ad ottobre 2017 il gruppo ha annunciato il suo scioglimento, dopo 37 anni di attività, "per sopraggiunti limiti di età".

Per l'occasione tengono il "Concerto Definitivo" (seguito, viste le richieste dei fan, da una serie di concerti nei palazzetti) al forum di Assago il 19 dicembre 2017.

Ovviamente non potevo mancare per quest'ultimo saluto (anche se spero sempre che ci ripensino) e devo dire che al solito si sono fatti onore cantando storici successi e qualche pezzo nuovo

con momenti di forte commozione quando alla fine di TVUMDB parte il sax di Feiez.

Sicuramente la musica italiana risentirà della loro uscita di scena ma chi, come me, li ha vissuti per quasi tutta la loro carriera non può che definirsi fortunato.

E come sempre, per chiudere "Forza Panino!!!"

Hey, listen to this !!! A new band, guys who play well and the lyrics are really bizarre.

Love at first hearing, really remarkable the bass!

But who are these aliens of the Italian music?

Stefano Elio Belisari, frontman of the group, singer, guitarist and certified flutist.

Over the years, then, other great musicians (Vittorio Cosma, Paola Folli, Diego Maggi) have come together and they well integrated into the group.

I saw them live at least a dozen times and the concerts are always very funny and in addition to the songs the Elii delights the crowd with gags and "high level choreography" performances

led by architect Luca Mangoni - Supergiovane Mangoni.

In the band main line there was also Paolo Feiez Panigada multi-instrumentalist who died of cerebral hemorrhage while playing on stage in one of the parallel projects of the Elii.

Unfortunately, in October 2017 the group announced end of career, after 37 years of activity, "due to age limits".

For the occasion they celebrate wit the "Concerto Definitivo" (followed, due to the fans requests, by a series of concerts in arenas) to the Assago forum on December 19, 2017.

Obviously I could not miss this last greeting (although I always hope that they reconsider the idea) and I must say that as usual they proved themselves singing historical hots and some new songs

with moments of strong emotion when Feiez's sax starts playing at the end of the song TVUMDB.

Surely Italian music will be affected by their departure from the scene but those who, like me, have lived there for almost their entire career can only be called lucky.

And as always, at the end, "Forza Panino !!!"
