To guarantee the objectivity of the result, it is necessary to determine the complexity of the object to be evaluated. People can decide one thing or another, because they are autonomous, but with the correct learning the best decisions will be taken.
The objective evaluation then, is that which is adaptable to the specific objectivity of the object under study. When people have formalized the knowledge of what is going to study, much easier will be the priority to evaluate it.
