Educating friends and great motivators, all of us who are today in this fruitful environment know what it is to help children, teenagers and the elderly in the learning process with the heart. Education is a great job, without a doubt, it is the best of all.

Educate is to give the best of you for other people, without asking for anything in return, you exercise as an educator to be part of the life of all those people who pursue a dream, and want to see it fulfilled, besides not only are the dreams of all those people in search of personal and professional improvement, but those of all for being a team and working tirelessly to train professionals and be the best.

The great professionals went through a learning process to be able to become who they are in this now, in this present and will be in the future the greatest and everyone will say "I want to be like him", through the teachers responsible for training them for their future.

The credit of the education of those who are professionals and those who are in that process, we owe it to the educators who work with passion and love to their profession.

Educating is not just standing in front of a lot of people and talking to them, it is being their main guide in learning, taking the necessary knowledge so that you can be a successful professional.

Being the educator the driving force of education Why is it the least remunerated?

Friends, it is good that nowadays, being the educator in charge of training, doctors, engineers, architects, enter so many existing professions, is our "teacher", the least paid and should be the most rewarded in the society.

Without the educators, there would not be those professionals who are in charge of making the impossible possible.

I do not know the economic situation of other friendly countries, in relation to the payment of educators, but in my country Venezuela, the salary of an educator does not currently reach a market for even a week, so the situation is really serious and regrettable.^{Image source}
